In recent years, in the development of power network, the development of the power industry in the world is combined with the development experience of domestic electricity industry. In recent years, all kinds of advanced technology applied in the design and construction of the substation planning and design, intelligent development mode has become the inevitable trend of the power grid and the substation construction.2009 China State Grid Corp in the International Conference on UHV transmission technology proposed the development of a strong smart grid development planning. At the meeting, the national grid company to a strong smart grid, the smart grid is a special high-voltage power grid as the backbone, to communicate information platform as a technical support, through intelligent control covers power generation, transmission, substation, power distribution, power and tone, etc., all voltage level unified scheduling control to achieve power flow, information flow, business flow of high integration, is strong and reliable, transparent, efficient, clean and environmentally friendly modern power grid." In order to achieve the full acquisition and real-time transmission and share of the data of the power grid, the smart substation has a high level of real-time control, intelligent regulation, collaborative interaction, online analysis and decision-making.The construction of Smart Substation in China has entered the pilot start-up phase, Shanxi Province, a Smart Substation pilot has been designed built and put into operation. I participated in the design of the two part of the 110kV Smart Substation. This paper first analyzes the original data of a 110kV Smart Substation in Shanxi, combined with the actual situation of Yuncheng Shanxi 110kV Smart Substation and the practical application of these technologies to analyze and select the configuration scheme, and finally put forward the design scheme of 110kV intelligent substation.
