Researchand Application Of Relay Protection Configuration Ningcheng 220kV Intelligent Substation

With the development of the times,the smart grid will inevitably become the development trend of power systems at home and abroad.The construction and development of smart substations play a decisive role in the development of smart grids,and relay protection is an important part of intelligent substations.Detailed analysis and research have obtained the most optimized relay protection configuration scheme,which is of great significance for the construction and development of intelligent substation.This paper studies and discusses how to build a 220 k V intelligent substation with both economic benefits and engineering benefits.It mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Introduce the principle and application of relay protection for intelligent substation;(2)Compare and analyze the relay protection configuration of traditional substation and intelligent substation,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of intelligent substation and related relay protection technology in detail,and illustrate the application of intelligent substation relay protection;(3)The design principles and performance analysis,specific configuration schemes and specific examples of 220 k V intelligent substation relay protection configuration are described.(4)Analysis and discussion on the construction benefits of intelligent substation.Taking the 220 k V intelligent substation in Ningcheng City of Chifeng City as an example,this paper analyzes the accumulated experience of the substation during the construction process,proposes a specific relay protection configuration plan and summarizes some problems that appear after the substation is put into operation.In the future,the substation construction work proposes a concrete and effective solution.
