Locomotive working diagram is basis of therailway transportation production plan in the locomotive department, mainly determine the locomotive quantity, locomotive routing, crew working routing, crew working mode, and to use the least locomotive resources for the purpose. Because of the uncertainty of the railway system equipment failure, the external environment and the locomotive operation, it often affects the transportation production plan, which leads to the great deviation between the actual working flow plan and the drawing turnover plan. At present, locomotive department in order to ensure the train normal operation, after the locomotive turnaround scheme is determined and random reserved one or more locomotives as spare locomotives, resulting in a waste of resources of locomotive, increases the cost of railway transportation. In the prospect of developing railway freight, it is of good economic benefit for railway transport production to logically optimize and configure the locomotives, increase the anti-interference of locomotive working plan and improve the robustness of locomotive working diagram. In the thesis, based on the quantitative analysis of various kinds of random disturbances in the locomotive working process, the author is to study the problems of the locomotive working plan on the locomotive disturbance time. The main works are as follows:1. The locomotive working diagram is summarized and the main influencing factors of locomotive working plan are analyzed from such four aspects: locomotive operation index, locomotive routing, locomotive running mode and locomotive crew working.2. The robustness concept of the locomotive working diagram is presented under the director of the theory. The influencing factors of locomotive disturbance time and the relationship between locomotive slack time and locomotive working time are analyzed. And the parameters of the left ? distribution in the locomotive traction section and the double negative exponential distribution in the locomotive servicing station are fitted.3. Based on the locomotive disturbance time scheme, respectively model the locomotive turnaround scheme and design an algorithm for the train diagram in pairs, non-pairs, double traction case. In order to find the optimal solution, the solving algorithm is also designed,Which is one improvement for the genetic algorithm in the selection, crossover, mutation operation and the multi parameter natural number coding.4. Design examples of the AB, OD and MN sections. Firstly, the calculation example is calculated by using the design optimization algorithm, and the locomotive turnaround scheme is determined; Secondly, Shop drawing locomotive working diagram in basis of the locomotive turnaround plan. Finally, the rationality of the redundant time setting of locomotive working is analyzed by using the random disturbance of Matlab random number simulation locomotive, If the probability of random disturbance is more than 90% of the set time of locomotive turnaround, it is indicated that the redundancy time of locomotive turnaround is reasonable based on the locomotive turnaround disturbance scheme.
