System Evaluation Of Protection Performance Of Historic Towns

Historic towns are the unique concept of the development of the historical and cultural heritage protection in China. In the long river of history, condensed the different areas of the humanities spirit is the important carrier of regional folk culture and traditional architectural style. With the reform and opening-up, the country strongly support for urban construction, the protection of the historical and cultural town work with protection work vigorously to face all kinds of complex social problems and technical problems, such as the famous historical and cultural towns rely on the protection planning of prophase work and evaluate the process of protection. The protection of famous historical and cultural towns is no guarantee that the systematic, holistic, controllable. Face up the ignoring of the protection and conservation planning then empress "neglected" the current situation of implementing the protection plan, how to make the evaluation with the completion of the current situation of historic and cultural town objectively, systematically and pertinently, found that protect the unsolved problems in the process, inspection protection effect, is currently the researchers of urban planning and architecture should focus on.Based on the above problems as the breakthrough point, this paper introduced the " performance " which is derived from the concept of management. On the basis of summarizing the historical heritage protection and evaluation studies at home and abroad, taking Chongqing Laitan town as the specific research object, to build "the physical environment, social environment, personal environment" as the main evaluation factors and evaluation model, based on the evaluation system of the practice, test the feasibility of the evaluation system, and use the evaluation conclusion to the optimization of protection work. To add new content to the evaluation system for the protection of historical and cultural heritage.This paper will be divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction. Confirming the background and purpose of the research, summarizing the main contents and methods of the paper, leading the research object and research framework.The second part is about the historical and cultural town protection and protection performance related theory knowledge to carry on the literature review, provide Laitan town protection system of performance evaluation methodology.The third part is about the Laitan town protection performance of the system construction and evaluation research of factor selection, determine the evaluation factors of the evaluation level and evaluation system, and select the appropriate evaluation method and system.The fourth part is a subjective evaluation of Laitan town protection performance system of research, combined with the environment, physical environment, social environment and behavior studies subjective assessment of three levels, to realize the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.The fifth part is a comprehensive evaluation of Laitan town protection performance system research, using a combination of subjective and objective method to draw the difference in subjective evaluation results of the study, thus data comparison and feasibility test.The sixth part is conclusion, summarizing the research achievements of this paper, points out that the research deficiency, for follow-up study and put forward prospect.
