The Research Of Work Package Based On Digital Shipbuilding

During the several generations of shipbuilding engineer hard working, ourcountry’s shipbuilding technology had a great progress, the total tonnage shipbuildingbecome the number one in the world, but compared with the advanced country therehas a significant difference in advanced shipbuilding technology and productionmanagement. The reason why is that no matter in design, production or management,digital and information technology is still in the low level. Especially the management,still mainly rely on spot engineers’ experience,resulting in low productivity andresources are wastedBased on this situation, the main content of this paper is based on digitalshipbuilding work package (WOP) research. Proposing effective managementmethods in spot work and improving production efficiency from the fundamental. Inshipbuilding, the work package as a link connects the design, management,production and material, the efficient management of work package greatly improvesthe efficiency.In order to get a reasonable work package, this paper proposed the advancedshipbuilding work breakdown structure (SWBS), using the SWBS breakdown the allshipbuilding work to get the reasonable work package. When the task of workpackage is identified, the other information of work package, such as drawingdocuments information, manufactureresource information and man hour quotainformation.When the task of work package is identified, in order to the work packagemanagement, this paper proposed work package coding structure that built up bywork stage, work kinds and work skill. Under the premise of work packageinformation structure and coding standardization, we can manage work package bycomputer technology. In this paper, based on SQL Server2008database and VisualStudio, development work package management system by C#language. After workpackage is divided, in order to verify the reasonable of its division, this paperdiscusses the efficiency of work package and analysis of the factors that affects itsefficiency and establishesthe system of man hour quota.Work package devoted to team leader, and then distributed work on Task,meanwhile collecting the data of feedback from spot for statistical analysis. To solve this process, this paper proposed to management Task by mobile terminal, which is inthe direction of development of shipbuilding paperless.
