In the paper, according to the urgency of the civil aviation industry maintenance training is more and more prominent, and the specialized training equipment is relatively scarce, combining the development status of home and abroad aircraft maintenance simulator, the function simulation and trouble simulation of the A320 aircraft cockpit electrical system were studied. Because of the composition of the electrical system is much complex, and in order to improve the flexibility and real-time of the simulate system, the multimedia simulation technology is used,combined with other applications. The structure of the system simulation is determined. Put forward a scheme for the system simulation, and the realized the system simulation platform and database construction. Finally the cockpit electrical system function simulaton and databse trouble simulation were realized, and the purpose of supporting the maintenance training is attained. The major works are given as follows:Firstly, the general fault diagnosis process of the electrical system is analyzed,and the importance of simulation is discussed, the design of system simulation is studied, then the design principles of the system and the design sheme of the structure were determined.Secondly, the application framework of the cockpit simulation system is in-depth analysied, on the basis of analysis, the technical method of MFC framework,two-dimensional image processing, human-computer interaction is proposed. The key technology of the cockpit system simulation is solved, and the cockpit simulation platform is builded. According to the need of the trouble simulation, the function structure of the database is put forward, and the conceptual and logic structure of the database were studie.Finally, the system development environment is established, building the cockpit simulation environment by using of seven touch-screens and a high-performance server. The realized general function of the system is introduced. The normal function of ELEC page, EMER ELEC panel, ELEC control panel is realized, and also the trouble simulation of the electrical system.
