With the development of the office building,the indoor environment more and more depend on equipment.The building energy consumption is very huge.That has become the focus of social concern.Changsha is the political,economic and cultural center of Hunan province,the office buildings number is creasing very fast with the development of the "Central Business District",and the buildings energy is becoming seriously.It has become a major problem that building energy efficiency effects of social development.Through the research of the office buildings in Changsha by two methods:field research and go to Architectural design institute,summarized the status of the office buildings,and set up three basic models:the gallery-type,the inside-Gallery-type and the core-tube-type office building,conducted dynamic simulations by Tianzheng software used in public building energy-efficient(kernel for the DOE-2).Analysis focused on the affect of summer and winter energy consumption and total energy consumption by the window wall ratio and the shading coefficient of the general three types of office building.A brief analysis of the impact on summer and winter energy consumption and total energy consumption by external walls,roof structure,Envelope structure absorption coefficient of the Solar radiant heat,building orientation and building form.Analyses the advantages,disadvantages and applications under different forms.Do a comparative analysis of energy consumption in summer and winter on various parameters.The main conclusion:the best window wall ratio and shading coefficient of the three types office buildings in Changsha region.Economically and reasonable heat transfer coefficient of external wall and roof.The best orientation of the three types of office buildings.The best plane form is inside-Gallery-type building in this region.The characteristic of the summer and winter energy consumption is that energy consumption in summer than in winter.What is the reason that summer energy is high and how to control.Giving the Measures that how to design energy-efficient office buildings and giving the technical reference to the Design standard for energy efficiency of public buildings which will be set soon in this region.
