| The smart grid covers power system, transmission, substation, distribution, scheduling and power of each link. Intelligent power distribution network is an important energy carrier directly facing the society and customers, is an important part of strong smart grid. Distribution automation is an important means for the implementation of intelligent distribution network, it can not only greatly improve the distribution network scheduling, production and operation management level, improve the power supply enterprise’s economic benefit and social benefit, high quality, humane and can make the electric power customer directly feel the smart grid brings service.Since 2009 Hangzhou power company as the State Grid Corporation of distribution automation in the first batch of pilot units, in the urban areas to carry out a comprehensive distribution automation construction, in 2011 October by the State Grid Corporation of China organized practical acceptance, the distribution automation system has begun to take shape, the function is practical application have made great progress in the operation and management of distribution network and the quality of service.In this paper, first of all from the State Grid Corporation of China in the construction and application of distribution automation are analyzed; then the construction and application of Hangzhou urban distribution automation has been deeply studied and discussed; finally through the application of a typical Hangzhou Qingfeng fault of distribution automation are analyzed learned in detail. |
