With the development of economy in China mainland increasing demand for energy,optimize energy structure process steadily,green clean energy LNG imports also increased.Zhejiang province as an important part of the Yangtze river delta economic circle,LNG imports are also growing,as of July 20,2016,71 LNG carriers have already been unloaded by Zhejiang LNG Terminal station,LNG imports reached 5 million tons.Effective guarantee the gas demand in Zhejiang province.As zhejiang LNG imports continue to increase,studying the risk assessment of LNG carrier piloting to Zhejiang LNG Terminal becomes very meaningful.Fuzzy mathematics theory provides a new method for dealing with not accuracy and not positive problems,widely used in the field of natural science and social science.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a kind of method,based 'on fuzzy mapping and fuzzy changing.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation object is of constrained by many factors.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can solve the overall evaluation of things,is the basic link of system engineering.In this paper,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to quantitative research the risk assessment of LNG carrier piloting to Zhejiang LNG Terminal.In this paper,using expert investigation method,the literature search method and brainstorming to complete the risk identification of the risk assessment of LNG carrier piloting to Zhejiang LNG Terminal;By studying the process of LNG carrier piloting to Zhejiang LNG Terminal,analysis the safety factors of the risk assessment of LNG carrier piloting to Zhejiang LNG Terminal;From the personnel,ships,environment and management four aspects to build the index system of the risk assessment of LNG carrier piloting to Zhejiang LNG Terminal;By using fuzzy mathematics theory to build the mathematical model of the risk assessment of LNG carrier piloting to Zhejiang LNG Terminal,expert investigation method is used to determine factor weights and membership degree of evaluation set of the risk assessment of LNG carrier piloting to Zhejiang LNG Terminal,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for the risk assessment of LNG carrier piloting to Zhejiang LNG Terminal.After evaluation results can visually display the safety conditions of LNG carrier piloting to Zhejiang LNG Terminal;then safety rationalization proposal is put forward for LNG carrier piloting to Zhejiang LNG Terminal,it has certain theoretical and practical value to research the risk assessment of LNG carrier piloting to Zhejiang LNG Terminal.
