Belt conveyor is the most efficient transport equipment for bulk materials in modern chemical plant. It usually used in metallurgy, coal, iron and steel, cement and other industries. With the needs of industrial development, the direction of belt conveyor development is long-distance, large capacity, high speed, and high torque, its dynamics and control cause more industry's attention.This requires system research of the dynamic characteristics of the conveyor, so, the conveyor achieves optimal performance in the design phase. As a resault, the belt conveyor can be technically more mature, and more economical. First of all, this paper introduces the development and characteristics of belt conveyor, and research of belt conveyor dynamic characteristics home and abroad. Also, introduces the actual situation along with the problems of the belt conveyor in Jigang logistics system No.2 production line. Secondly, this research talked about the characteristics of the conveyor belt in detail, and according to the static and dynamic characteristics practical applications question of the conveyor belt, finally determined using the Kelvin-Voigt model to create a mathematical model of the conveyor to carry out the mechanical analysis. Third, based on the principle of Duhan Mei ear, to make an approximate solution of Viscoelastic continuous system dynamic characteristic equation of Hamilton principle belt conveyor, deduced computational formula of dynamic response acceleration and dynamic tension under the manner of sinusoidal, triangular, parabolic and acceleration start mode.By using MATLAB software, to make computer simulation of dynamic acceleration and dynamic tension of belt conveyor three starting acceleration control modes, In order to obtain the best way to start and the best control strategy of start time. Fourth, take a logistics system from jiGang-1 belt conveyor as an example, using MATLAB software, through the simulation research of fundamental Longitudinal vibration impact properties of belt conveyor system under the situation of Starting conditions. To reflect the system's dynamic characteristics, and provides a theoretical basis for belt conveyor system optimization and transformation. Finally, according to the analysis of the paper, combined with the actual operating conditions of the conveyor belt, in aspect of Stability, security and economy, put forward Reasonable optimization scheme of JiGang logistics system belt conveyor and the related process equipment, Mainly includes Equipment modification optimization and optimization of the control system of management innovation of Belt conveyor, bucket turbine.
