When a typhoon,storm and other special weather,the ship can go to harbor dock or anchor shelter,but during the outfitting shipbuilding in the shipyard in underwater berthing,due to the construction period of no power,even the windlass is not good,even in the typhoon season,nor to anchor for shelter only in the dock by cable to wind,vulnerable to destructive effects,cause the mooring cable fault,fender damage caused by ship collision pier or overturning,causing serious loss of state property and human life,so how to verify the cable tie can ensure ships mooring safety,no theoretical support.Therefore,we must carry out scientific simulation research,by analyzing the motion state of typhoon when the underwater ship under construction under bad weather,the stress analysis of cable,cable to determine reasonable,make guidance for flood prevention work against Taiwan underwater ships.Based on the 426 cable mooring terminal of Dalian area in the construction of factory shipment based on the outfitting,select two typical ship 3900 TEU Container Ship(C3900)and 180 thousand(BC1800),the use of bulk carriers in two ways:one is the typical ship typhoon mooring in the actual plant type and number of mooring as the research object,through the establishment of coordinate system and the actual cable tie on the mesh,each rope to tie the mechanical analysis and summary of the calculation considering the various environmental factors,calculated the maximum period of each cable force,cable tie to verify whether or not to meet the requirements of the typhoon two is optimized;environmental factors,by simplifying the calculated stress condition of the ship,and then the decision mooring scheme,and compares the two methods,the simplified calculation of the basic reaction of the actual situation.Theory,can guide the work of the site.
