The picking and delivery of ship pre-outfitting materials is the key link of the palletization of pre-outfitting,which is directly related to whether the ship pre-outfitting procedure can be carried out smoothly.The management level of palletization of ship pre-outfitting materials in China's shipping industry can't meet the requirement of ship construction on schedule.At present,few scholars study the problem of batching and delivery of ship pre-outfitting materials.The traditional picking method and distribution vehicle route planning method of ship pre-outfitting materials cannot further meet the refined management requirements of ship pre-outfitting materials.In order to improve the efficiency of ship production and construction,it is necessary to carry out optimization research on strategies of picking and delivery of ship pre-outfitting materials.This paper studies the batching method and the distribution vehicle route planning method of ship pre-outfitting materials.Firstly,the research status of ship outfitting palletization,batch picking and vehicle path planning at home and abroad are analyzed.Then,the study is carried out on the traditional process of ship outfitting palletization,aiming at the problem of the excessive tardniess in the picking ship pre-outfitting materials in the process,a batching model of ship pre-outfitting materials is proposed.Aiming at the problem of high cost of ship pre-outfitting material distribution in this process,the improved ship pre-outfitting material distribution model is proposed.On this basis,a batching model based on minimum tardiness is established for the batching problem of ship pre-outfitting material under the condition of multiply blocks and pickers.The batching method based on the iterated local search algorithm is designed and numerical examples verify that the method can greatly reduce the picking tardiness of ship pre-outfitting materials.Then a distribution vehicle route planning model based on weighted sum of vehicle use cost and traffic cost is formulated for distribution vehicle routing problem of ship pre-outfitting materials,i.e.a variant of a vehicle routing problem with simultaneous delivery-pickup and time windows.The vehicle route planning method based on the adaptive large neighborhood search algorithm is designed and numerical examples verify that the method can not only reduce vehicle use cost but also reduce the traffic cost.Finally,a prototype system for batching and delivery of ship pre-outfitting materials for application scenarios of shipbuilding enterprises is developed,and the feasibility of the model and method for batching and delivery of ship pre-outfitting materials is verified.
