In the long term,State grid puts forward s strong smart grid and global energy internet,in order to improve power system automation degree,the management level of power system and better serve economic development.Intelligent power grid calls on acceleration of the automation control of different grid at all levels,laying a foundation for the smart grid promote.Due to relatively immature electric power industry development in early years,construction of power grid has great difference and exists the phenomenon of heavy transmission with light distribution,leading to the present distribution network construction falling behind.In order to meet the growing demand for high power quality and power supply reliability,Based on the original scheduling system in Bayinnaoer city of Inner Mongolia,this paper designs dispatching automation system.In this paper,the overall goal of the design of the dispatching automation system is determined,bus framework is introduced to integration structures,software function layout is designed,functions of SCADA system are determined from different aspects,the scheduling and control system integration mode is established,the trend analysis of the scheduling system,state estimation,reactive power adjustment,and the design load forecasting of EMS are designed from the perspective of principle.
