With the development of economic globalization and the enforcement of China B&R policy,more and more domestic enterprises are going abroad.Harbin L company is one of them.Following that is the more fierce market competition for enterprises.Enterprises have to attract more customers through higher quality products and lower price,therefore the profit is less and less.And the traditional way of reducing raw material cost and personnel cost to obtain profit becomes stretched.In order to earn more profits,enterprises are turning its attention to reduce logistics cost and waste in the production process.Consequently,facility layout design and logistics design of workshop production system attract much attention.As the cornerstone of the whole production system,the merits of workshop facility layout directly affect the production efficiency,material handling efficiency,space utilization and production safety,etc.Hence,workshop facilities layout optimization is of high significance to enterprises.Through the study of a large number of related literatures at home and abroad,overseas and domestic research status and methodology in the field of facilities planning and design were described in this paper,and Harbin L company casing processing workshop was analyzed to find out its existing problems.Fieldwork acquisition method was taken to measure the data of workshop facilities layout,material handling,production process and the distance between each working procedure.And the problems found are that the workshop facilities planning is not reasonable,the production efficiency and material handling efficiency is low,material handling cost is high and the production site management is unorganized,etc.In this paper,the system arrangement design(SLP)method was adopted to improve the case processing workshop facility layout problems.Firstly,operation unit division was done based on the basic collected data.Then,logistics and non-logistics relationship between each operating unit were analyzed and integrated to get comprehensive relationship,and position relevant figure was draw.Finally,two kinds of improvement plan was obtained according to the actual situation of the workshop.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE)was adopted in this paper to evaluate the existing layout scheme and two improved schemes respectively,and the evaluation results were compared to determine the optimal solution.
