The development of society has brought about the upgrading of human needs, which brings product design that serves the needs of users as the core new challenges. How to fully consider the human factors in the product design,to design products with good functionality, ease of use, aesthetic value and commercial value,is the question that each product designer needs to pay attention and solve. In the improvement and innovation process of product design, product designers often focus on the user's explicit needs, while ignoring the user's implicit needs.Implicit needs is an important factor in product optimization and innovation, and the user's implicit needs is closely linked with the user's unconscious behavior. This thesis analyzes the causes and characteristics of the unconscious behavior of human beings from the inner factors and external factors, and analyzes how to judge and exploit implicit needs through human's unconscious behavior from the perspective of human consciousness and the affordance of the environment, which to get the conclusion and law.And then from the progress of use products that contains three stages:before use, using, after use,to study the user behavior and the interaction between products, from which the user unconscious behavior for product design has an important inspiration. This thesis analyzes and summarizes the design methods of visceral level, behavioral level and reflective level. The application of unconscious behavior is mainly reflected in the design of behavioral level, which is divided into scenario establishment, user's observation,Memory migration, matching relationships, feedback five method steps.Through the summarized product design methods based on the user's unconscious behavior for product improvement and innovative design provide a new design thinking and direction to help the product to improve the aesthetic value, ease of use and user value.
