Study Of Modeling Of Electric Vehicle Charging Equipmentbased On Kansei Engineering And Image

The fossil energy crisis and environmental problems promote the popularization of new energy vehicles,new energy vehicles also created a new vehicle infrastructure industry,among them the most pure electric vehicle charging equipment has become a new development direction in the field of product design.As a new product design direction,exploring its design language and image became the primary problem.This paper focuses on the research of the relationship between the appearance of electric vehicle charging equipment and the perceptual image in the direction of the electric vehicle charging equipment.First of all,through the journal,network,papers collect the perceptual image words of electric vehicle charging equipment,and then add these words and antonyms 28 on screen image,and then select 10 charging equipment,sample production into questionnaire,using the method of semantic differential test respondents,by factor analysis and cluster analysis questionnaire collected data,5 of the representative words;combining with visual perception principle to analyze product appearance elements;using previously obtained 5 of the representative words and images of 10 samples using the method of semantic differential second questionnaire,data and other elements of each sample of the partial correlation analysis between each other to find elements and the other image links for each perceptual image corresponding design.In this paper,research on equipment modeling by using the method of Kansei engineering to study the relationship between the product modeling elements and product image of electric vehicle charging,from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis,depending on the SPSS software for data analysis,the conclusion of this research will have a reliable guarantee,the perceptual image visualization to design elements of equipment to make its appearance activities more controllable and clear.
