Study On Construction Safety Risk Prediction System For One Building Of Railway Construction Of China

Construction project is a field of relatively large investment,long time consuming,involving more people and departments,and high technical requirements.Throughout the construction process of large-scale projects we often meet,a lot of risk factors in project will lead to the accident that will endanger life and health,and damage to the environment and so on.The establishment of security risk early warning system is a timely and effective control of these potential risk factors.At present,warning system applied in the project at home and abroad is very broad.This paper firstly studies the theories and methods of construction project safety risk management,early warning systems and organizational structure in detail through a large number of documents,related books reading and knowledge of the master.This provides the theoretical basis for the establishment of security risk early warning system.The third part of the paper introduces the engineering characteristics,construction key of technology and construction about one building of railway construction of China.Meanwhile,this part analyses the potential danger from five factors of personnel,materials,machinery,methods and environment.Moreover,this article regards one building of railway construction of China as object to explode and analyze the inside and outside factors of risks.The fourth part of the paper establishes the early security risk warning system about one building of railway construction of China based on the analysis of theory and method of security risk management and early warning system.As the same time,this paper describes various subsystems,and introduces the function of each subsystem in detail.In the execution of the secondary subsystem of engineering safety riskmanagement,the final part of the paper establishes the early warning model about one building of railway construction of China through the AHP.We could get the early warning results about this project by determining the weight of each factor through AHP and score of project from the experts we invited.According to the early warning results of the project and the analysis of the influencing factors,it is known that the main danger in this project comes from the personnel of the project,the method,the machinery.And then,in terms of the main factors that affect the safety risk of the project,this part puts forward the corresponding security risk control measures.
