Research On Risk Management Of S Company's Safety Forecast And Early Warning Project

National Security Department propose excellent security enterprise need equip with safety system which can provide early warning system.S company as an excellent security enterprise must develop a safety system to predict the possible risk in daily product and remind team,factory and related person take corresponding preventive measures in time and control various unsafe factors from the source to maximize reduce the accident may lead to serious consequences.Combining with safety and industry 4.0,S company build an intelligent security system.This paper takes S company as a case to discuss the risk management of the safety forecast and early warning system.S company is a large enterprise of mechanical manufacturing.The project is innovative and typical for the traditional safety department.Problems in project management can reflect the problems of project management in the S company.The current situation of S company is that the project experience is less and the technical means of project management are simple.Through the identification of project matrix diagram,general risk list and brainstorming method,safety prediction find error risk,process control risk,quality risk,software users express risk,communication risk,previous experience and so on in the early warning system project.Aiming at the identified risks in S company's safety prediction and early warning system,we use expert survey scoring method to score important points and establish corresponding structural models.Then using AHP to quantitatively analyze the risk and ABC analysis project group identify risk factors will seriously affect the success of the project.Focus on serious risk factors,take a lot of manpower and material resources to avoid the occurrence of such risk.Through the risk control in the project,it has achieved good results in reducing cost and increasing efficiency and project schedule and has reference value for other departments in S company.
