Building energy conservation is a major research hotspots in sustainable development.However,once the building is built,the building energy consumption is closely related to the running state of the building.Therefore,the carrying out of study on building energy saving control plays an important role in building energy saving and consumption reduction.This paper starts with the analysis of the factors of building operation energy consumption.The main contents of this paper include modeling and simulation of energy consumption in building operation,the analysis of the factors and the control strategy of energy saving operation.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the status on simulation and analysis of building energy consumption is reviewed,and expounds the purpose and significance of the research on energy saving control of building operation.It is pointed out that the control system of building energy saving operation can reduce indoor energy consumption as much as possible in the condition of ensuring indoor comfort.The research on the control strategy of building operation is the root to ensure the operation of building energy conservation and the main work of this paper is briefly introduced.Secondly,the building energy consumption simulation model is established based on EnergyPlus,and the effects of different factors on the building energy consumption is studied.The analysis is mainly carried out from two aspects.The first is to study the impact of different factors on the single room for operation energy consumption,and it mainly analyzes the personnel,air conditioning,weather,the number of equipment,equipment type,equipment operation time.The second is to study the impact of different factors on the whole building for operation energy consumption,and it is mainly related to wall coupling,shadow,wall materials,etc..Thirdly,this paper designs and develops building energy consumption joint simulation platform based on EnergyPlus+MATLAB.In order to solve the problem of advanced control algorithm and the building energy consumption simulation,a joint simulation platform based on EnergyPlus+MATLAB is developed by using the GUI of MATLAB.Itcompletes the interface design of the joint simulation platform and the backstage call function,and realizes the simultaneous invocation of EnergyPlus and MATLAB.For the simulation of building operation energy saving control on the platform,the simulation of building energy consumption is realized by EnergyPlus,and the control algorithm are carried out in MATLAB,which gives full play to the advantages of the two software and lays the foundation for the realization of intelligent control simulation verification on building operation.Finally,this paper puts forward a method of building operation energy saving control based on model predictive control on the platform of building energy consumption.The building energy saving control is achieved through the establishment of building energy consumption model,called construction documents and control algorithm configuration file,configured the input and output parameters,the model predictive control algorithm is used to maintain the indoor temperature in a relatively comfortable range.The research work of this paper starts with building energy consumption model,and then carrying out the analysis of the influencing factors of building operation energy consumption.After that,in order to realize the energy saving control of building operation,a building energy consumption simulation platform based on EnergyPlus+MATLAB is developed.In the end,an intelligent control strategy of building operation based on model predictive control is proposed.These researches can be used as reference for building energy consumption simulation and energy saving control.
