Modern enterprises face with fierce competition in their industry.Technical finance is an important indicator of a company,but it is not the only indicator.Controling the time of production is the most effective way for the enterprise to save money and improve production efficiency.In the academic circles,it is called project process management.A reasonable arrangement of the progress of the project,ensuring that the project in the specified timeor even ahead of time to complete,can greatly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Project process management involves a variety of methods,such as Gantt chart,critical path method,etc..This thesis is based on the project of Zhangqiu Fengyuan Machinery Co.,Ltd.which mainly produces fans and air compressors.In this thesis,the author makes a study on the problem of the project process management in the production of non-standard compressor.It then analyze the problems exist in non-standard compressor project process management;the causes of the problems are also analyzed.Then according to the project process management theory,the design method of enterprise project management,itapplies it to the Zhangqiu Fengyuan Machinery Co.Ltd.PS non-standard compressor project progress managementand puts forward the measures method and the implementation of toolsto ensure the new process management.Those measures can improve the completion and punctuality rate of the company’s non-standard compression project,reduce the delay in the design of key chain phenomenon.The research in this thesis has important practical value and significance.
