Research On Interior Design Based On Green Design Concept

This is a thorny era that a new generation of college students is brave into this era and being strive to create history.The employment of college students has become the standard of assessing the ability of graduates.Even though university is not responsible for the students’ employment problem,the employment problem affects colleges’ enrollment rate.Therefore,the amount of enrollment has become proportional to the employment rate.The strong education will influence strength of nationality,colleges and universities are charge for the social talent reserve and output,which must firmly grasp the ability to improve personnel training in order to promote first-class talent of social development.In nineteenth century,art and design becomes a professional discipline.Colleges and universities began to continue expanding the scope of disciplines,strengthened the foundation of education,and cultivated a large number of talents in art and design area to promote social development.However,the society has a conflicting phenomenon that enterprises cannot find suitable people and college graduates who study art design cannot be recruited.This paper explores the cultivation of art and design talents in colleges and universities from the perspective of the enterprises’ demand.The education of art and design needs to be carried out due to the fact that the education is oriented towards the people and the society,vocational skills,and employment entrepreneurial ability.It analyzes the cultivation ability of art and design talents from the angle of enterprise job capability,strengthens the transformation of college art design talents to the employment concept of college students,and fosters the cultivation of art and design talents in line with the needs of enterprises."National long-term education reform and development plan" of Chapter Ⅶ pointed out,"Improving the quality of higher education;improving the quality of personnel training;enhancing the level of scientific research;enhancing social service capacity;optimizing the structure to do the characteristics."
