Study On Green Building Project Management Based On Lifecycle Theory

In recent years,for both the government and the people,their aspiration of environmental protection becomes more strongly.Thanks to this,in China,the green buildings gets fast development and promotion.In the rapid development of green buildings,there are certain achievements,at the same time,exposes some problems.Traditional project management only attaches to the construction project managementcontentandignorestheoperation project management.Combining the lifecycle theory of green buildings,the lifecycle project management method of green buildings was proposed.This thesis analyzed the traditional construction project management processes.To completely adapt the new requirements of the green buildings development putting forward to engineering project management,this research analyzed the characteristics of the green building project operation,on the basis of the traditional construction project management process,optimized the management process,and increased the green buildings related management content.It put the green,low carbon and ecological concept into the whole process of green building engineering management,the thesis studied the key problems on green building project management from the green building project initiation,planning,design,construction and operation of the whole process.The priority project phase and construction drawing design stage and operation method were discussed.The identity declaration data list and various participants work allocation table was written.The green building project construction technical measures and matters needing attention were elaborated.And the green building operating identity declaration process and matters needing attention were summarized.This thesis recommended that the special work,for example renewable energy work,should be preposed,rather than the subsequent supplementary mode.They should be designed and constructed together with the buildings.
