Now China's major economic development strategy as "The Belt and Road" and "the Yangtze River economic belt" strategy.Thanks to State support for the development of inland ports has brought new opportunities and challenges,new opportunities and challenges for development can also cause changes in the structure of the waters of the Yangtze River,such as port location choice,route choice,and the choice of mode of transport of goods.Secondly,the changes of river port cargo will also be affected.Within the estuary especially the upper reaches of the Yangtze river ports to seize development opportunities,combined with the objective factual circumstances,select exact target customer base,became the local government an urgent need to study the problem.As currently,domestic on port hinterland divided of research more,but still exists following insufficient: 1,and research object exists limitations main for coastal port or Chongqing Hong Kong,and Wuhan Hong Kong,River big port for research,on upstream small and medium port(as wanzhou Hong Kong,and,none Hong Kong,)of research literature less,small port hinterland divided problem will became research hot;2,and all scholars in for port hinterland of divided method in the more to used qualitative research method,port hinterland in select port Shi,Tend to choose their city or province,this definition method to the existing hinterland of the ports Division of vicious competition is unreasonable,is flawed.3,research on partitioning port hinterland are widely used qualitative analysis or quantitative analysis of the static,both of these methods are accurate to locate the port hinterland.Therefore,Hong Kong,none selecting a small port in the Yangtze River as the object of study,using quantitative analysis method to divide the port hinterland,none,provide a basis for future Government on port development,none.Port hinterland the right choice,not only in order to save the cost of port construction,but can also enhance the competitiveness of our port.The density model used in this paper is based on the Hough model and gravity models to build.Incorporating density models derived from data in geographic information system(GIS)to determine the economic hinterland of Hong Kong,none;from the point of view of historical development and related quantitative analysis methods,none of our immediate hinterland and indirect Divisionout of the hinterland.Through research,this paper argues that: the heart of Hong Kong,none,none for local,immediate hinterland of Chongqing's dianjiang,longevity,Fuling,Fengdu,shizhu,indirect hinterland,Chongqing City,besides the immediate hinterland of the counties as well as parts of northeast of Sichuan,Western Hubei,southern Shaanxi.
