Analysis Of The Problems With Quality Control In The Construction,Maintenance And Management Of Urban Water Supply Engineering And The Applications

Water supply project is an important part of urban infrastructure,which has the characteristics of large investment,tight construction period and high quality and safety requirements.Besides material selection and equipment,engineering quality is influenced by local climate,geology,terrain,construction technology and method.Through the analysis of the quality assurance measures of engineering construction,this paper puts forward to improve the quality supervision system and operation mechanism of construction maintenance and management,to strictly control the quality,to ensure the project quality and water supply safety,to give full play to the economic,social and environmental benefits of the project construction.In view of the existing problems in the quality control of municipal engineering construction Maintenance Management,using the theory of document research,qualitative and quantitative analysis and case study,this paper puts forward a method of strengthening technological innovation and quality control,improving construction maintenance management quality monitoring system and guaranteeing engineering quality measures based on the concept of advanced construction maintenance and management quality control.Water supply Project Quality Management is a systematic project,whether it is construction,construction maintenance,or quality supervision departments should strengthen cooperation,each do their own responsibility.The construction department should do the overall arrangement,make the reasonable construction plan,determine the.construction and maintenance enterprise conforming to the qualification condition of the water Supply project construction,implement the project Construction fund;the construction and maintenance enterprise shall make the implementation plan according to the current laws and regulations the construction progress,completes the preparatory work before the construction,puts forward the phased implementation goal in time,and unceasingly experiences the experience in the implementation process,guarantees the process handover,completes smoothly;the supervising department should make the supervision and inspection system in strict accordance with the regulations,regularly organize relevant departments and experts to do the construction process supervision and completion of the acceptance,to ensure that the project quality to meet the relevant national departments to establish the acceptance norms and standards requirements.
