Equalization Of Rural Public Service Facilities In The Basin Area From The Viewpoint Of Planning Studies

The Long-standing city and countryside dual structure in our country has made significant differences between the development of urban and rural areas,and the Urban and rural public service gap is the main reason for the apparent gap.In order to narrow the gap gradually,The Government has stepped up the construction of basic public service facilities in the rural areas,but public service facilities in general are still comparatively backward,with the economic growth and the continuous improvement of living standards,the contradiction between supply and demand of rural basic public service facilities will be more prominent.This thesis use interdisciplinary analysis,urban planning,urban sociology,urbangeography,social psychology,social economics and other disciplines perspective its unequal configuration problems,progress and outcomes of comparative research and analysis of its deficiencies.Selected Qujing city nan pan jiang along village as research object,through on 249 a village of public service facilities configuration status research analysis found;each village basic public service facilities has basic universal,but facilities of distribution built quality and facilities of perfect degree any so exists larger problem;through on residents basic public service facilities construction wishes survey analysis found,economic level and residents on basic public service facilities of concern degrees,and construction wishes is are related relationship,The improvement of the facilities and quality of facilities as the economic level showed higher demand.Combined research results analysis,respectively on zhanyi,and zhujie,and yanjiang and Sanbao four a regional of population scale presentenced,found in future a time within Qujing population growth trend still slow,on existing facilities service radius effect smaller,last combined all regional features industry development,and road traffic,and landscape upgrade for planning,in upgrade residents living and environment of while,to optimization layout,and balanced resources of principles configuration basic public service facilities,formed new town-Community Center(village)-Settlement level III harmonization of basic public service facilities and distribution system,and ultimately achieve the goal of improving residents' quality of life.
