Research On Bidding Process And Strategy Optimization Of Construction Enterprises Under The Background Of BIM Technology

Construction enterprises are leading to a transformation of information-based working patterns,so the traditional working patterns should also comply with the development trends of the information-based transformation.The synergetic degree of the traditional patterns on bidding are low,breaking bidding and relative work apart also resulting in the poor communication among each part of bidding;In addition,the decrease of the effectiveness appears as a result of the popularization of bidding strategies,also making bidding ability low,affecting the bidding rate.Therefore,in order to improve these above problems,introducing information technologies to look for new ideas and methods,improve the cooperative degrees of bidding,better the bottleneck problems on efficiency reduction in bidding strategies in order to improve the bidding rate of building enterprises.Building Information model(Building Information Modelling,BIM)the emergence of the bottleneck problems in construction enterprises bidding work provides new solutions.This article will be combining bidding processes and strategies with BIM technologies,exploring the joint between BIM technologies and bidding processes and strategies,in order to acquire the bidding processes and strategy optimization methods in Construction enterprises under the underground of BIM technologies.First of all,analyzing the research situation on bidding processes and strategies domestic and abroad.summarizing the feasibility on bidding processes and strategy optimization,coming up with the optimization framework on two stages,that is quantity reviews and bidding strategy choices operated by BIM technologies.Demonstrating the effectiveness on BIM technologies as for applying bidding processes and bidding strategy choices to construction enterprises.This paper,based on BIM technologies,undertaking a optimization study on these two stages,quantities reviews and bidding strategy choices.Designing a new bidding strategy,improving the accuracy of the quantities and bidding strategy effectiveness,finding new thoughts during the bidding practical activities at the same time.Helping to promote the bidding abilities of construction enterprises.
