With the rapid development of science and technology, the car limit speed record also has been repeatedly broken and the ultimate speed of passenger cars in today’s society has been raised to more than 430km/h, However, according to statistics, the speed above 160km/h,a tire failure accident will cause the driver and passenger die absolutely. Statistical data show that highway traffic accident caused by a tire blowout accidents accounted for more than 70%.The subject to everyday applications as a starting point, the goal is to study a way to security with common standard rim with tire systems. The safety of tires after a blowout is capable of supporting the weight of the vehicle does not occur bodiless, grind tires and other high-risk phenomenon, so users can safely drive to the service area or maintenance location to replace the tire. Internal support structure designed in this paper can be run maximum protection for driver and passengers in a tire failure accident. On the one hand, in a tire failure accident, the internal support structure can be reduced the subsidence distance of puncture wheel, thereby reducing the deflection angle of the car; On the other hand, it can instead of the tire after a flat tire and continue to travel some distance to find the service area or maintenance location.This paper first introduces the development and current status of the existing safety tire system. According to the safety tire design specifications, design a safety tire within an internal support. The internal support structure based on the common standard rim , and take full account of the strength, weight, cost, installation, materials, heat and other aspects of the problem. The main research contents are as follows:Using computer-aided three-dimensional design software to build the tire structure model and assembly. Use of finite element theory and virtual simulation methods to the choice of materials and analyzed the internal support structure in the condition of out of work、the instant tires fall and in the continued work, in order to ensure that the design of the structure to meet the requirements. Under the condition of meeting the requirements, in order to save costs and reduce tire system weight, therefore, based on degradation principle and evolutionary theory as the theoretical foundation, to make a topology optimization design of the internal support structure, seeking to a more reasonable distribution of material. After the new structure is obtained, the new structure to be analyzed and compared and original design.By the simulation of the safety tire system, validation of internal support to lock on the rim and can play a role of carrying and continued running after a puncture. Obtained by simulation analysis of the internal support structure designed to meet the requirements. If it is applied to the actual vehicle driving, it will lead great extent to protect the lives of driver and passengers after a puncture.
