A Study On Construction And Management Mode Of Taizhou City Civil Air Defense Engineering

Civil air defense engineering is not only an important part of the national defense,but also a crucial part of the development of the cities.In recent years,the civil air defense engineering plays an important role during the utilization of urban underground space with the development of the academic research and facilities establishment.However,due to the particularity of civil air defense project,the traditional construction and management mode still obtains,which has greatly obstructed the development of the civil air defense engineering,and led to the consequence that the construction of the civil air defense engineering being left behind the city construction.This paper firstly expounds the concept of civil air defense engineering and urban infrastructure,telling that civil air defense project belongs to the urban infrastructure.This paper also makes a comparative analysis on the domestic and foreign research of the construction management of civil air defense projects.Secondly,this paper tells the environment and status of Taizhou civil air defense engineering management.By analyzing the popular construction and management models,this paper introduces the new construction and management model of Taizhou.Analyzing by specific cases,this paper defines the advantage of using the PPP mode from a financial standpoint.Finally,combined the study above,this paper proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.According to the actual situation in Taizhou,this paper studies construction and management mode of Taizhou civil air defense engineering,and being of great significance both in theory and reality.
