The way people travelling changes greatly because of economic growth, total number of aviation transportation and transportation are constantly changing. At the present stage, our important air transport is about to face this condition of saturation, but this problem can be solved by increasing the number of existing airport runway and building new airports. But these modes are restricted by investment cost and the environment, it seriously restricts the development of civil aviation speed. Adjusting the runway operation mode and effectively reducing the safe distance between aircraft on route based on exist status are effective measures to increases in capacity of airport security.Firstly, closely-spaced parallel runway use the operation mode that one runway for takeoff and another for landing, How to narrow the minimum distance between two aircraft is hot issues of aviation industry theory research at home and abroad. It can be calculated by establishing the plane kinematics model and minimum interval operation mode.Secondly, the efficiency of operational procedure at airport can be improved greatly by paired approach procedure, it is hot issues nowadays at home and abroad. The concept of safety zone is putted forward on the operating mode, also the front and back of the safety zone can be calculated, at last the model of minimum in-trail distance for paired approach is established and the formulas of related parameters are calculated.Lastly, establish safety distance calculation mode of paired approach based the influence of longitudinal spacing between two aircrafts by airplane flight velocity error and the influence of lateral spacing between two aircrafts by navigation error, then establish a collision risk model that consider original interval between two aircrafts and mean square error of speed as variable, consider if they change, what will collision risk change.
