With the improving of civil aviation,the flow is increasing year by year,so the airport capacity is not enough for the civil aviation transportation;paired approach which is conducive to resolving the growing problem of flight delays can significantly increase the airport capacity.In order to ensure the safe operation of civil aviation,it is necessary to research on collision risk in closely spaced parallel approach to ensure flight safety.In this dissertation,the history and the trend of the flight separation safety assessment are summarized,and the key issues and future trends of the theory are analyzed.We present the concepts of flight separation safety assessment,discuss the relation between of them and analyze the evaluation process of the flight separation.Establish safety distance calculation mode of paired approach based the influence of longitudinal spacing between two aircrafts by airplane flight velocity error and the influence of lateral spacing between two aircrafts by navigation error,and according to the actual state of the paired aircrafts and the flight path of the aircrafts,the kinematic model of the aircraft is established,then establish a collision risk model that consider original interval between two aircrafts and pairingmethod of aircraft as variable,consider if they change,what will collision risk change.In order to study the influence of the relevant parameters on the collision risk and safety interval in the process of approaching the parallel runway,in this paper,by improving the collision risk model and interval model.MATLAB software is used to calculate the collision risk and safety distance under different operation conditions,and analyze the characteristics of collision risk and safety distance,which provides a data base for evaluating the collision risk and safety interval of the operating mode.Improvement of longitudinal collision risk based on course invasion operation program,and according to thetwo operating procedures,after aircraft avoidance or don't avoidance,when the course is invaded.We describe the process of collision as an event,get the calculation methods,and address the separation minima meeting the target level of safety so as to provide the theory basis for reducing the separation minima.
