Research On The Strategy Of The Development Of Rural Settlement System In Qianxian Under The Guidance Of New Urbanization

Rural settlement is the physical space carrier of human habitation,production,leisure activities such as function of the carrier substrate dependent on the carrier for people’s economic,political,social and cultural development.China has a vast territory,diverse landforms,breeds a variety of settlements,different settlements have their own characteristics and evolution.In different regions,the development of the settlements or because of external influence,or because of internal forces and the achievements obtained similar or opposite;in the same region,the settlement is at a different factors and different development or success or setbacks.The academia for settlement research has not stopped,in recent years,with the rapid progress of the construction of national urbanization,there has been a lot due to the foundation not steady forced toddler "malnutrition",in order to reverse the excessive development of the consequences,embarked on a new road of urbanization.A new road of urbanization has made the orientation lead to the settlement and development in the new period after practice,urban and rural development have been success stories in many places,the western region to the basement and its unique endowments in the development is in the eastern region,but there is a unique element.This paper takes Qianxian County as an example to discuss the development of the rural settlement in the transition zone between the southern margin of the Loess Plateau and the Guanzhong plain.Based on the present situation of Qianxian County,this paper sums up the practical problems of Qianxian County from the aspects of spatial arrangement,settlement function,grade,economy,construction and development and ecological environment.From the laws and regulations,the development of rural settlements planning of the current shortage of rural settlements system planning,combined with the new connotation of new urbanization,summed up the necessity of Qianxian County rural settlement system in the development of new urbanization under the guidance of the construction,and take the structure planning framework,based on the original system,summed up the "Qianxian County composite" the flat country network hierarchical structure,with new rural community organization system and the mode of settlement,the distribution pattern,summarizes the research,sorting out the Qianxian County new rural community spatial integration results,the organization of rural settlement system.In addition,the content of the system was extended outward,extended to a more comprehensive mechanism for the development of the industry,the extension of the support system and security system for the construction of facilities,the establishment of a sound development planning structure.Finally,from the reality of the "Qianxian County" of the rural settlement system structure put forward production agency integration industry development strategy,the maintenance of ecological security spatial control strategy,rural settlement system planning strategy,incremental space layout strategy,efficiency and economic support system and the allocation strategy and diversified strategy implementation safeguard.
