With the "Made in China 2025" and "Internet plus" further development,manufacturing enterprises have been promoting the upgrading of the industrial transformation to upgrade informatization,promoting the informatization development of tide in the transformation of enterprises.Shipbuilding belongs to the multi-varieties and small batch manufacturing,in response to the national call must also strengthen their own information construction,with the domestic backbone shipyard to the attention of informatization and investment,informationization of shipbuilding industry has some foundation,do a good job in the design,production,management and planning,and production layer feedback connection the scene,according to the specific situation of quick response has become the focus of the shipbuilding enterprise.In this paper,the coating operations in the three major operations of shell coating are taken as the research object,and information is applied to the coating operation management,which can effectively solve the problem that the coating task package cannot be refined,the task feedback is lagging behind,and the coating operation plan The establishment cannot be coordinated,the quality process is difficult to achieve precise control,and the coating process lacks information collection.This paper mainly completes the following work:(1)To analyze the painting operation of the target shipyard,including the painting area,operation capacity and configuration,organization,operation process,etc..The existing shipyard painting operation management process is analyzed,summarized and perfected,and the manufacturing solutions for existing shipyards are found out.A manufacturing execution management system based on fine task decomposition is proposed to optimize the existing painting job management.(2)Analysis of painting operation MES requirements,and use UML to set up the model of the use case diagram,the system is divided into seven modules,including task dispatching management,planning management,quality management,equipment management,cost management,integrated query,data base management,the basic functions to meet the needs of the system.The system chooses the MVP mode to develop,and divides the system into three layers,and designs the logic structure diagram and the specific module function.(3)Each module of the seven functional modules is designed in detail from specific functions,business processes,rights management and the relationship with other modules.According to the requirements of the query,two types of general reports and custom reports are designed to meet the needs of data query,and the system interface is designed externally to ensure the integrity and expansibility of the system,which provides a basic guidance for the development of the system.(4)The development environment and the realization of specific functions are described in detail of the system.Some modules are used as the object of development,and the corresponding forms,functions and codes are designed.The operation flow of some functional modules is described in detail.Finally,it is the application effect of the system.Through the analysis and comparison of data,it verifies the feasibility of the coating operation manufacturing execution management system in the engineering sense.
