Research On Setting Up Management System Of The Road Project Schedule Risk

Road project is a complex construction.So at each stage may be at risk,and we must be take a point of it at every time.Now the road project schedule risk management of our country has made certain progress,but there are many problems needs to be improved in the management.Research on road project risk management not only can provide the reliable basis for the management of project schedule risk management but also can promote the management level of our country road improvement.Promote the development construction of our country.This paper uses the logic structure of the progressive layers which starts from the basic theory research,according to the characteristics of road project schedule risk,defined the road project schedule risk control target and risk management system and provides a solid theoretical basis for constructing the system of risk management of road project.By reading a lot of literatures,combining the results of the theoretical basis of the study of road project,this paper introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and establishes the system of risk management of road project progress,namely risk identification,risk analysis,risk assessment,risk response.This paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice,and takes the Huai Qian road reconstruction project introduced in the system of the schedule risk management.The empirical study shows that the road project schedule risk management system can be more intuitive response to risk management and develop more targeted measures.Therefore,carries on the summary of excellent experience in risk response area,put forward the relevant suggestions of constructing the system of schedule risk management of road project,from the system,data information and organizational structure to achieve the purpose of risk management level.
