Research On The Application Of BIM Technology In Virtual Construction Of Prefabricated Buildings

Due to the developmentsituation of building construction in China,extensive producing and constructing mode which would cause low mechanized operations,seriously resource wasted and environment destroyed,ect,is still be used in Chinese construction industry.Therefore,China advocate prefabricatedconstruction to solve the problem of traditional construction methods.Prefabricatedconstruction has the advantages such as energy efficiency,environmental protection,reducing artificial cost,speeding up construction schedule,improve construction quality and so on.Meanwhile,during the process of prefabricatedconstruction,the incomprehension of constructiontechnology by constructors,the irrationality of component setting location and lifting sequence caused the obstruction of prefabricatedconstruction development.And this paper put forward the research that the application of BIM technique in virtualprefabricatedconstruction.Through researched BIM concept,BIM software,virtual construction concept and its technique system,this paper analyzed the situation of using BIM in virtual construction;simulated the prefabricated construction site layout,component lifting,sleeve grouting by virtual construction technique through analyzed the construction craft of prefabricated construction;At a prefabricated construction program of Jinan,by comparing different software and plug-in,analyzing different methods that using in working progress,this paper researched modeling progress,collision detection,construction schedule simulation and roaming in virtual construction,and simulated the prefabricated construction progress under a economical and practicable condition.This research provide an effectively technique support of virtual construction and an actual reference for prefabricated construction,and offered a guiding significance to construction.
