Research&Realization Of Display ActiveX Technology Based On International Standard Electronic Navigational Chart

With our nation extends her interests rapidly towards the ocean,getting the data of nautical charts from other nations through various channels to make up the shortage of our nation's field surveying data of high seas is not only an effective means to solve the bottleneck problem of high seas environmental information guarantee,but also an important support to make our nation be in line with international standard in the application field of digital charts.While in order to achieve this goal,developing the display ActiveX based on international standard Electronic Navigational Chart(ENC),to ensure all kinds of application systems of ENC can display and apply international standard ENCs in a standardized and normalized way is the foundation and premise,and also the precondition to ensure ENCs which are produced by China can be used widely.This thesis introduces the research and realization of display ActiveX technology based on international standard ENC,the main content and fruits are as follows:1.On the basis of analyzing the current status of international standard ENC application at home and abroad,this paper anatomise the developing trends of ECDIS,and carries out the research contents and ideas.2.The paper introduces the concetion of International Standard ENC and ENCs' display and application,etc,and researches the ENC Data Construct based on IHO S-57 and S-63.3.It studies the foundation and key technology about the International Standard ENC Database,describes that how to transfer CDC Data to S-57 Data,and raise several huge data manage technologies,such as the Seamless Intergration of Multi-source Spatial-data,etc.4.The paper gives out the technical mean of International Standard ENC Display ActiveX,and designs the ActiveX which has the intellectual property rights of our country,accord with IHO S-52.5.It stadies technological approaches about the International Standard ENC Display,projects the ECDIS by the ActiveX designed in this paper.At the end of this paper,it gives out the developing trend of ENC Display ActiveX technic,such as it can be used in multi-operation systems and accords with the new ENC International Standards.
