Research On Expert System For Sustainable Urban Renewal Design Decision-making

Most of China's cities have experienced decades of development,and there are areas where widespread problems such as disparity in layout,poor housing,crowded traffic,traffic congestion,environmental pollution,municipal and public facilities,impacted the residents of the region's normal production and life.To solve these problems,China is experiencing a wide range of urban renewal.Urban renewal not only focuses on the improvement of the old building or the physical environment of the city,but also reflects more comprehensive sustainable development goals.But the current urban renewal of many projects not only did not solve the problem,what is more,resulting in a greater degree of urban problems,not to mention the city's sustainable development goals.Furthermore,based on the characteristics of sustainable urban renewal design and the complexity and uncertainty of the environment in which the city is located,there are many problems such as subjective judgments in the decision-making of sustainable urban renewal designs scheme,lack of long-term consideration and impact by strong stakeholders,resulting in the lack of scientific,comprehensive and fair in the work of sustainable urban renewal designs scheme decision-making.Due to the decision-making process of sustainable urban renewal design,the reasoning ability of expert system and the application ability of expert knowledge can provide a lot of help for it.Focusing on urban renewal project to achieve sustainable development goal,this study tries to use expert system to Sustainable urban renewal design decision-making to provide expert advice and case experience,in order to achieve this goal,the aim of this study is to design the sustainable urban renewal design decision-making expert system prototype: through the literature review,collecting sustainable urban renewal design key success factors and their impact variables.The method of AHP is used to analyze the parameters and obtain the weight of the expert system.The structure of the whole expert system is planned,and the operation flow of each subsystem and function is clarified.The prototype of the expert system and the results to be produced are displayed.In addition,the expert system to be used JESS and JSP and other information technology to develop,this system not only has a platform-independent and scalability,but has a high reasoning ability,these advantages can help sustainable urban renewal design decision-making.The use of XML standards,the definition of urban renewal in the field of expert knowledge and existing cases,making the system functions and knowledge can operate in a unified interface,and easy to integrate and expand.The implementation of this system will help to establish a complete urban renewal knowledge base and case database,not only to save the experience and knowledge of experts,but to collect and compile domestic and foreign city renewal project case experience,to provide a preliminary sustainable urban renewal design decision-making advice,more with the system expert users of the system of knowledge and rules of continuous correction and update,re-use of this knowledge to solve more practical design and decision-making issues.
