The Research About Safety Performance Management And Promotion Of Airlines

Today,in China’s society,civil aviation industry is developing at very fast speed.Along with the advancing of the standard of living of people in China,the requirement of civil aviation which people need is also rising year by year.The nation and local governments gave a great support to civil aviation industry,which made a good impulse.The development of civil aviation industry also made a huge contribution for China’s growing up.However,at the same time of the high speed development of civil aviation,a growing number of people started to concern the aviation safety which is the most important topic in civil aviation.From 2007,the CAAC(Civil Aviation Authority of China)started to push the building of SMS(Safety Management System).By the establishment and practice of several years,the base of safety management of airlines has been firmed,but faultiness of upon system establishment appears,some problems about flight safety management of airlines need to be resolved.Recent two years,along with the research and requirement of safety management of ICAO,civil aviation of China has started carrying out Safety Performance Management which is the SMS Touchdown Project.This article is based on the Flight Department of T Airlines as an example,through collecting and reviewing the knowledge about SMS and Safety Performance Management and relevant researching articles,combines the problems of flight safety management of T Airlines,from 7 aspects,which include flight safety performance management index establishment,flight safety performance evaluation,performance evaluation result application,root safety management,safety culture,electronic information-based system development,and authority inspection,gives out the flight safety performance management improvement project which is desirable to be carried out in airlines in the future.The purpose is to use Safety Performance Management to control the flight risks,improve the flight safety management system,and promote the flight safety performance,adequately exerts its efficiency.
