| Ship power station is a generic term for ship power supply equipment to transform non-electrical energy into acceptable electrical energy and to provide power by ship electric network.It will be combined with generator set,including prime mover and generator,switch unit,protective devices,measuring instruments,control equipment,etc.The power station is the most important part at the same time is the core part of the ship’s electricity system.With the development towards intelligentialize and integration and the increasing human cost,ship power devices requires a higher automation level.Since the power station in ship is the power electric energy of all electric equipment in the ship,and the quality of the power station has effect on the sailing safety and cost directly.The automation level of the power station represent the level of shipbuilding on one hand;on the other hand it also determine the quantity of the sailor on the ship.So the high quality ship power station automation system has become the necessary requirement of development in shipbuilding industry.Ship automation power station is a constituent part of ship automation system.The automatic monitoring system of ship power station can improve sailors working conditions,at same time it can keep the power system running in the best performance so that it increase the reliability,economy and safety of the equipment operation.A ship power station monitoring system will be designed and developed based on a 4*350Kw project,and take DGU in Delomatic4 system of DIEF as the monitor core.This system will link all the monitor equipment together with ARCNET bus network,RS485 and Ethernet so that it will realize monitoring and controlling of the power station.The general design will be mainly introduced in chapter two of this paper.There are four methods to operate this type of power station,manually,semi-automatically,automatically and remotely.In different operate method,this system will provide different functions;modeling parallel simulation of ship power station will be discussed in chapter three;the design of software and hardware and that of communication for this type power station will be introduced in chapter four;the debugging and verification period will be introduced in the chapter;and the chapter six will be the conclusion of this paper.The following function of power station which was designed in this paper will be realized through testing,debugging and verification:1.Alert and transfer function2.Synchronous switching function3.Auto start-stop function4.Automatic adjusting frequency and load function5.Self-starting and fault increase and decrease machine function6.Switch protection functionThe 4*350Kw ship power station which was designed in this paper has realized reserved function;runs steadily and reliably;high level of automation and cost-effective. |
