Under the background of rapid urbanization,the Commercial buildings as an important place to show the city characteristics,modern business culture and lifestyle,has become an indispensable part of the modern city.But,with the development of the modular industry,industrialization and fast delivery,more and more commercial buildings in the blind pursuit of commercial interests,has lost the attention of consumers' psychological and spiritual aspects,and the homogenization of commercial space become more serious.How to break the homogenization bottlenecks,make differences and characteristics?This must be based on the consumers' demand.By introducing the concept of experiential consumption,the author analyzes the impact of social and economic transformation and lifestyle changes on business space,and emphasizes that the human consumption needs have shifted to the need for a variety of spiritual experiences in the course of consumption.Under the experiential consumption patterns,the function of the commercial space is no longer limited to the buying and selling goods,but to meet the spiritual needs of people's life,experience,leisure,entertainment,service and emotion,and become a kind of comprehensive reflection of contemporary urban life.Therefore,the author tries to explore the spatial combination and design method of commercial buildings in experiential consumption mode through the research and analysis of experiential consumption related theories,the large number of field research and the practical application of excellent projects at home and abroad.The paper consists of six parts:The first chapter mainly puts forward the research background,the present situation and the purpose and significance of the research,and makes a brief introduction to the research method and constructs the research framework.The second chapter focuses on the analysis of experiential consumer psychology and behavior characteristics and related theories of the status quo,and leads to the commercial space experience design necessity through the analysis of contemporary commercial building development status and problems.The third chapter discusses the spatial types of commercial buildings in detail,and discusses the strategy of space combination under the consumption of experiential consumption.At the same time,a variety of spatial combination models are proposed for different spatial environment,urban texture and humanistic characteristics.The fourth chapter analyzes the internal space types of commercial buildings in detail,and points out the design principles of interior space in experiential consumption mode from the macroscopic point of view,and elaborates the design of internal space from the micro level,then points out the evolution of internal space trend.The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the external space types of commercial buildings,and focuses on the external space characteristics,the design principles and the concrete design techniques under the consumption of experiential consumption.The conclusion part concludes the full text,induces the trend of development of the commercial building space connecting with the current situation of social development,and hope that the study of commercial buildings can provide some reference.Through the introduction of experiential consumption,this text actively copes with the problems encountered in the development of commercial buildings in China,and then complements the theoretical system and design method of commercial building space,in order to provide relevant theoretical support and practical reference for the future commercial space construction.
