| Aircraft panel has the characteristics of large size and complex assembly.With the development of digital assembly technology,flexible tooling,automatic drilling and riveting technology is applied to the assembly process of aircraft panel,and the assembly accuracy of aircraft has been improved.It is necessary to locate and prefabricate the coordination hole before the assembly of the aircraft panel is carried out.You need to install a large number of traditional positioning parts locator in the frame,the structure is complex and the positioning precision assembly is low;the traditional frame is stiff,so an assembly frame only can completely assembly a model panel,but panel installation of different types need different frames,causing long preparation period,leading to the high assembly cost;the traditional positioning holes on the parts mainly manual drilling,and the hole made of low accuracy,leading to some errors,accumulated error impacting on the coordination between the parts.In order to improve the accuracy of assembly location holes and increase the coordination of location holes between parts,and simplify chemical assembly,by combing and summarizing the traditional aircraft assembly process,an advanced assembly process method for aircraft panel facing automatic assembly is put forward,and the working position in the assembly process is introduced;according to the design requirement of terminal pickup stringers,stringer clip and sheer tie,using the modular design method,respectively.The terminal pickup stringers,stringer clip and sheer tie are detailed design,through the use of industrial robots.Automated assembly stringers,stringer clip and sheer tie,motor and ball screw and the end effector is used for the selection of model;using DELMIA simulation software,assembly sequence planning,assembly path planning and interference check for the assembly process of aircraft panel are carried out,and the feasibility of the assembly process plan is verified. |
