The Study On Vertical Design Of Low And Multi-storey Residence Space In Hilly Areas Of Qingdao

At present,with the accelerating process of urbanization in Qingdao,the tense situation of land use in downtown is prominent,and people's demand for housing overflows to suburban county-level cities where residential market of low and multi-storey occupies a large proportion,and people can pursue the living environment with backyards close to nature.Qingdao is typically a coastal amd hilly city,and has rich ecological and landscape resources.The planning rule of German gave birth to modern residence in Qingdao,most of which are in hilly terrain,with building type of low and multiple layers.Integration with hilly terrain creates characteristics of hilly city in Qingdao with "red tile,green trees,blue sea and sky",and this kind of style in the construction of the New District of Qingdao has not been seen,in this case,the research on how to improve the utilization of Qingdao hilly terrain,and create a vertical space of low and multi-storey residence,has important social significance to improve the living environment and the shape features of Qingdao hilly city.This paper starts with the investigation of low and multi-storey residence in hilly areas of Qingdao,and put forward the current problems to be solved.Then review the development process of low and multi-storey residence in hilly areas of Qingdao and analyze the characteristics of vertical space,at the same time,the article puts forward the correct outlet of inheriting traditional culture by using new material and new technology.Then discusses the influence factors of vertical space construction,and put forward four basic principles of vertical space construction,including the principles of ecology,humanity,integrity,the identification.Based on the above analysis,aimming at the low and multi-storey residence in hilly areas of Qingdao.The strategy of vertical space construction is discussed from three levels of macroscopic,intermediate and micro perspectives,pointting out that the macro level should be based on hilly terrain and landscape,optimize the layout of the building,vertical design and facade level;In the intermediate level,the paper explores the strategy of street space,entrance space and courtyard space which are closely related to the vertical space of the group,and pointed out combination of the curve and straight lines,and treatment of the street building environment.Entrance space should follow the road and building plane to create organic forms.The courtyard space can be developed into horizontal terraced courtyard and vertical courtyard under hilly terrain,here the author advocates the return of open residence and courtyard houses,while the micro level should pay attention to the description of micro topography of hills and the integration of structure with nature.Finally,the applicability of the strategy is demonstrated by combining with the case of low and multi-storey residence in hilly areas of Qingdao and the author's practical project.It is hoped that this paper can be of some reference value for the vertical space construction of low and multi-storey residence in hilly areas of Qingdao.
