Research On Formation Of BIM Dynamic Alliance And Distribution Of Interest Based On General Contracting Mode

In recent years,the domestic construction enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition in the market.In order to adapt to the development of the market economy,the construction enterprise urgently needs the new project management thought and the management technology.Attendant,first is the dynamic alliance,it aims to promote the formation of construction enterprise alliance;the two is the BIM technology,it is helpful to the construction project lifecycle information management,achieve the goal of lean construction's implementation.When the two are combined,it becomes a BIM dynamic alliance,it will become an effective model for the development of China's construction industry in the new situation.In the concept of general contracting,BIM dynamic alliance combines several core competitive construction enterprises.Through the information platform of construction project's BIM model,they participate in bidding in the form of a consortium,which not only can improve the successful rate in the bidding process by perfectly showing the construction intention of the owners,but also can be used for the actual implementation of the project operation after enrich the BIM model.In this way,each stage of the project information,from design to construction,will flow across the whole process without omission,which greatly reduce the time and cost of information search and information reconstruction in the construction project,and guarantee the project quality and schedule.This paper focuses on how to select potential partners and distribute interest after the disintegration of BIM dynamic alliance.In view of the potential partner selection,this paper firstly determines the evaluation index system of the selection of potential partners,then designs the four stage progressive selection process: rough selection:filtration with relational theory---primary selection: subjective empowerment with AHP theory---advanced seleceion: objective empowerment with entropy theory---detailed selection: comprehensive empowerment,which is a constantly optimization of patential partners.In view of the distribution of the interest,after the recognition of the distributable interest and the analysis of the factors that influence the distribution of interest,this paper designs three initial schemes of interest distribution by using AHP and Shapley theories,which is based on three factors: investment,contribution and risk.Finally,this paper adjusts the weight of each schemes and disigns an ultimate scheme of interest distribution,which will satisfy the demand of each partners' interest and ensure the effective operation of the alliance.
