At present,the security problems brought by the rapid development of UAV mainly focus on two aspects: the disorder flight and the cross regional flight without application.In order to solve the problems,it is crucial that a well management system of the UAV information and the UAV flight region information are established to information collecting,regional planning and flight monitoring.In this thesis,the key technologies of UAV electronic fence planning are researched based on the project of "the research on the perception of the avoidance technology in the electronic fence".First,based on the topological relation description model of the theory of point set topology and the electronic fence model and the actual flying area of UAV,the topology description of UAV flight area based on nine intersection model is presented and reclassified.Then,the method of calculating the topological relation of UAV flying area is designed by studying the geometric calculation algorithm of point,line,line and surface,and it is applied to the approval of the UAV flight area electronic fence.Third,by studying the structure of the basic database of UAV electronic fence,the corresponding entity and data table structure of the basic database are designed to realize the management and maintenance of the electronic fence data.Fourth,the corresponding approval and judgment process are designed by studying the data flow direction of UAV flight area data,the topological relation judgment algorithm of UAV flight area.As an example,the UAV electronic fence database system platform is designed and developed based on B/S architecture,and shows the process of approving the data of the UAV flying area electronic fence by using the proposed algorithm,as well as the process of managing and supervising UAV user information and UAV information.Finally,the direction for further research in the future of the project are discussed.
