Research On Parking Facility Planning In Zhoushan Downtown

The layout and policy of parking facilities will have an impact on many aspects,such as housing,walking environment,air quality,traffic jam and so on.Greenhouse gas emissions,etc.In the field of traffic planning,more and more attention is paid to the impact of parking problems on traffic.Most advanced cities at home and abroad have put forward a series of parking management policies,such as the regional compensation mechanism for parking fee efficiency,the total amount control of parking facilities,Traffic demand management,on-street parking facilities,off-road parking standards,parking facilities sharing,off-road parking facilities.On the basis of summarizing the history and present situation of parking at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the reasons of urban parking problem.In view of the parking situation and existing problems in the main urban area of Zhoushan,the research work is to collect the parking information data of all kinds of parking facilities first,to analyze the status quo of parking facilities and to review the problems existing in the parking situation of our city.Secondly,based on the comprehensive consideration of the present situation and the future parking development situation of our city,this paper,based on the successful experience of domestic and foreign metropolitan parking Policy development,establishes the parking demand forecast model according to the urban planning land use data and the overall traffic planning forecast model,and forecasts the future parking development trend of our city Based on the overall traffic policy,the objectives of the parking policy and the strategy for achieving the objectives are set.Finally,under the guidance of the policy strategy,the parking demand model is used to evaluate the status quo of parking policy objectives and the parking supply and demand balance in the planning year,to determine the gap of parking supply and demand in different areas,and to set up a targeted parking improvement strategy to provide planning guidelines for recent parking improvement in key areas.The research results of this paper have a certain reference function for the parking planning and management of Zhoushan main urban area and other big cities,which has a certain practical significance and theoretical value for solving the parking problem in the main urban area of Zhoushan.
