Research On Building Energy Management Based On BIM&FM

With the rapid development of society and economy,the proportion of building energy is increasing,and the ensuing energy consumption problems are increasingly prominent.The sustainable development of building energy has become one of the country’s important strategies.At present,traditional building energy management can no longer meet the requirements of building energy conservation.The planning and construction of building energy lags behind.A complete set of systematic management concepts,management techniques,and effective management tools have not yet been formed,and it is difficult to achieve better energy-saving results.BIM(Building Information Modeling)and FM(Facility Management)as New building management method,bring new vitality to building energy.BIM and FM provide technical and ideological support for building energy management.BIM technology provides pre-planning and design protection for building energy.FM provides support for future operation and maintenance of building energy.The three complement each other and promote each other.Therefore,building energy management based on BIM and FM is the future development trend.This paper uses BIM technology to conduct in-depth discussions on energy management in building energy management during the feasibility study phase,design phase,construction phase,and operation and maintenance phase,which mainly include lighting,ventilation,envelope structure,and energy that indirectly affect building energy consumption.Efficiency and other factors,through the simulation analysis and optimization program to achieve building energy saving and environmental protection,low energy design;using BIM technology,the introduction of energy conservation concepts in the early stages of the project,from the overall control of energy consumption,to provide a more reasonable plan for the architectural design.In the later stage of the project,FM management concept was used to conduct in-depth exploration of construction operation management in building energy management.Application analysis of construction energymanagement was carried out in a range of areas including FM’s strategic management,organization management,space management,and system equipment management.Based on FM,we will explore new technologies.Based on the previous BIM technology and the post-FM management concept,the company takes the whole life cycle concept as the core and carries out all-round energy management.
