Promoting energy conservation and emissions reduction in traffic industry is the important measure of atmospheric pollution governance environment of Beijing,To carry out the research of pollution emissions of the transport infrastructure facilities,such as freight stations,is helpful to grasp the first-hand information,and is conducive not only to understanding the characteristics of the freight station's pollution emissions,putting prevention and control measures into effect,but also to providing data supporting and theoretical basis for energy conservation and emissions reduction as well as policy-making.The field investigations was carried out on the pollutant emission behavior of Beijing Hanlong freight station,the automatic monitoring equipment was used to monitor the six sites in the three types of stations,and the accurate and detailed data were obtained.On this basis,the spatial distribution and time distribution of pollutant emissions in different areas of the freight station were studied.The mathematical model of pollutant discharge based on diffusion was put forward.The concept of concentration emission factor was introduced and calibrated by experiment.The main reasons for the discharge of pollutants in different areas of the station was presented;and targeted governance measures was proposed.Major research results include:1)The loading and unloading area and the road intersection are the main areas of PM pollution discharge;the station entrance and the internal intersection are the areas with high NOx emission concentration;2)The variation of PM and NOx emissions with the monitoring time can be described by quadratic polynomials;3)Both NOx and PM10 show a good consistency with the change of traffic volume,that is,with the increase in traffic volume increases,with the decrease in traffic volume decreases,but the relationship between PM2.5 and traffic volume is not very close.4)The concentration emission coefficients of the four types of pollutants were determined;5)The pollutant emission model of freight station based on diffusion model is established,and the applicability proved to be better by experiment.6)The concentration emission factor of the four types of pollutants were obtained;7)The concentration of PM pollutants changed significantly with the variation of the active area of the trucks in station;PM monitoring and control areas should be the loading and unloading area and the internal road intersection as the focus;8)The concentration of NOx pollutants changed significantly with the variation of the active area of the trucks in station;NOx monitoring and control areas should be the loading and unloading area,the internal road intersection and station entrance as the focus;9)Diesel forklift truck is an important source of pollution,energy conservation and emissions reduction should focus on forklift trucks;10)The pollution control of freight stations should develop targeted measures according to the pollutant key areas and types.The main pollutant of the freight station is PM10.The daily monitoring of the freight station should be carried out in different areas.The loading and unloading area should be focused because of the crowded staff and high polluting emissions.Related research work of freight station should introduce vehicle emissions monitoring method and etc.to promote energy conservation and emissions reduction.
