Protection and renovation of historical area in city update overall framework has important position.And,in the urban development space under the situation of increasingly tight beam,update the face value,thus,the function of historical area increase,environmental improvement,and reshape the characteristic,industry optimization,and many other challenges.This article from the perspective of the user's requirements,the establishment of evaluation system after using historical area.The system summary about after use evaluation methods both at home and abroad and the related literature and historical area,on the basis of theoretical research results to summarize the historical blocks inherent space,the space is a reflection of the demand on the physical form.To incorporate both can get a more comprehensive and more targeted after evaluation system.After evaluation system including live use evaluation and the satisfaction evaluation after use.Living strength evaluation mainly reflects the historical location and location within the elements of the degree of attention and energy,mainly reflected in the historical buildings/culture,supporting facilities and transportation facilities.In evaluation index data acquisition phase,innovation into big data,combining POI data with network research way.In terms of POI data,select map POI data and comment on two classes of POI data,through the web crawler technology and screen capture for text data,coordinate point collection and analysis;In the aspect of network survey data,to get the data by way of questionnaire survey.Selected in the case study of Beijing wanping area as a case study,using the evaluation index system for use after evaluation research,and according to the results,discusses the wanping area in the use of the existing problems and shortcomings,as well as the public needs and expectations for the region,put forward the optimization advice,provide a scientific reference for similar design and later reconstruction.
