As one of the key industries in Sichuan Province,hydropower provides strong support for the sustainable economic and social development in Sichuan Province.Sichuan Province is rich in water resources,development potential.Therefore,hydropower projects play an inestimable role in the economic development of Sichuan.First of all,the introduction part mainly elaborates the project background,the significance,the questions proposed,and then proposes the essay technical route by reviewing the literature.Secondly,it elaborates the project management system,software and organization form included in the progress management theory of the project in the overview part of the progress management theory of the project;at the same time it expounds the content,principles and methods of the project schedule;introduces the concept,content and process of the project progress control,Especially the application of P6 and PowerPlan software to implement the "five-step method" of project schedule control.Then,according to the WBS decomposition work,the allocation of construction responsibility matrix,the determination of the relationship between the project before and after the project time and the estimation of the time duration of the project,with the help of P6 software and PowerPlan software,the preliminary project of diversion tunnel of Daduhe Hydropower Station Schedule,and then through the marginal cost method to optimize the project to get the final schedule of diversion tunnel project of a Dadu River hydropower station.Finally,through the detailed schedule planning,the progress plan is implemented and the progress plan is checked in the implementation process.It is found that the project delays after the implementation stage,that is,the tunnel III mark,and is analyzed by the slash construction schedule,And then use an additional 6-1 branch holes to make up for the duration of the technology,and ultimately will control the duration within a reasonable range.Based on the project of Divershui River diversion tunnel of Daduhe River,the paper uses P6 software and PowerPlan to draw up the schedule of the project and then control the schedule through the slash method in the implementation phase so as to control the construction period within a reasonable range.The application of P6 software and PowerPlan and the implementation of the slashed method have very important practical reference value for the hydropower station construction project.
