Research On Application Mode Of Distribution Automation In The Typical Wiring Of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau

With the continuous high-speed development of Dongguan's economy,the power supply is more and more tense.Under the premise of optimizing the main network and strengthening the distribution network,since the pilotstart of Dongguan distribution automation construction in 2007,different automation modes have been deployed in urban area and HuMen.The automation modes of Dongguan are mainly centralized control type(three-remotes),running monitoring type(two-remotes,a remote reason)and local control type(voltage).Distribution automation mainly has the following problems: the coverage is low,and the distribution automation coverage in Dongguan is only 32.8% at the end of 2015.The terminal online rate is rather low,and more than half of the terminal online rate is lower than 80%.The centralized control(three-remotes)does not perform the remote control operation.It actually works as a two-remotes operation;Low accuracy of overhead fault indicator;More than half of Dongguan's 10 KV substation protection device do not have secondary reclosing and secondary reclosing failure blocking function,unable to cooperate with voltage type current or voltage type automatic time;The current transformer substation in Dongguan is rated as 0.2s per hour,which can't meet the requirement of the circuit breaker.The quality of the automation equipment is uneven,and the equipment failure occurs frequently.The distribution automation and its communication have not set up special operations management personnel,the equipment lacks sufficient maintenance;Distribution automation involves multiple majors,and the professional technical ability of related staff,especially the sub-bureaus,is still to be improved.This paper is to solve the problem of present situation of Dongguan distribution automation,adapting to the provincial branch issued "about printing technology co.,LTD.Guangdong power grid distribution network planning guidelines notice([2016] no.2016)of radio,film and television(hereinafter referred to as the" guidelines ")in July,2016 about the change of distribution automation technical route.In order to meet the target of all the power distribution automation in Dongguan in 2018,this paper has carried out the research.In this paper,the author analyzes how to combine typical wiring details in Dongguan,and sets standard and design criteria for distribution automation equipment.
