Based On The Concept Of Complete Street Traffic Design Method Research

With the rapid development of urbanization,urban traffic congestion is getting worse.There is a space conflict between walking,riding and traveling.Under the background,studying the various travel modes of travel between the characteristics of demand has important practical significance to solve the contradictory between travel spaces.Most of the research results show that both at home and abroad,for the city streets,not only need to meet the demand of vehicles,should meet the demand of walking and cycling more,realize transportation fairness and sustainability.On this basis,this article focuses on the complete the connotation and extension of the street,to complete the space of the street layout design and its evaluation model was discussed and analyzed.Specifically,this paper mainly studied the following contents:(1)The meaning of complete street researchFirst of all,based on the research of the domestic and foreign literature and the participation of the practice of transportation planning project,to complete the development history of the streets and concept has carried on the summary and analysis,made clear the connotation of the complete street is to reflect the fairness of transportation,travel for walking,cycling,and by the way,give attention to two or more things and pay attention to the sustainability of the street design and life.(2)The traffic design of complete street researchIn understanding the complete connotation of the street,on the basis of further to complete the transportation spaces design of the street.Refer to the countries and regions such as the United States and the Shanghai a complete practical design of the street,the design principle of clear complete street meet green,vigor and security.Need from traffic space,green space and city space and living space more complete street design elements are analyzed.(3)The evaluation method of complete street researchComplete the evaluation method of the street is in the streets whether meet the further sustainable as well as the method of the qualitative evaluation of their life.Paper will be divided into complete street evaluation index of the target layer,criterion layer and strategy,the target layer is full of the street,the criterion layer is the study of street walking,cycling can be,can take line and can be life,strategy layer includes design of public transport,walking space,safety signs,such as 15 specific evaluation index,based on the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to get the weight of each evaluation index and relationship,eventually to build a complete evaluation model of the street.
